What’s happening?

How it works

In STEPPI Teams, you can exchange your steps for rewards

Rewards include offers that can be redeemed either in-store or online

Each reward requires a set number of steps to unlock

How to redeem a reward

1. Open the STEPPI Teams app
2. Go to the Rewards section

Browse available offers

Select a reward

Tap Redeem

Confirm your redemption

Your steps will be deducted and the reward will be unlocked

How to use a reward

In-store redemption

As the member of staff to enter thier merchant pin code in the STEPPI app when prompted

The staff will verify the code and apply the offer

Online redemption

1. Copy the discount code
2. Tap the provided URL link

Enter the code at checkout to apply the offer

What to know

• Each reward requires a specific number of steps
• Steps are deducted once a reward is redeemed
• Rewards may have expiry dates or usage conditions
• Always check the reward details before redeeming

If your reward is not working

• Make sure the reward is still valid
• Check that you are using the correct code or link
• Confirm any terms and conditions of the offer
