How to Delete Your Account with STEPPI

If you no longer wish to use STEPPI and want to delete your account, follow these simple steps.

Please note that once your account is deleted, all your data, including your step history, steps wallet and personal information, will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered.

Step-by-Step Guide:

Open the STEPPI App
Go to the Profile Page
Click on the Settings tab
Click on Delete Account
Click DELETE



Important:

Once your account is deleted, all your data, including your step counts, any steps in your steps wallet, challenge progress, and personal information, will be permanently erased from our servers.

This action cannot be undone. If you wish to use STEPPI again, you will need to create a new account.
