STEPPI Reward Redemption Process for Store Staff
1. The customer opens the STEPPI app and selects the reward they wish to redeem.
They will click “Redeem” on their chosen reward.
2. Verify the Redemption:
The customer will hand their phone to you (store staff).
* Enter your unique 4-digit verification code on the customer’s phone to confirm the transaction.
3. Note the Redemption Code:
Once the code is entered, STEPPI will display a redemption code on the screen.
* Please note down this redemption code as a reference for the transaction.
If You Miss the Redemption Code:
4. If you forget to take note of the redemption code, ask the customer to:
Go to their Profile in the STEPPI app.
Select “Vouchers Redeemed”.
There, they will find a list of all offers redeemed, along with the reference code for each transaction.
Once the redemption code is noted, the transaction is considered complete. 😍
