• An active internet or data connection
• Access to the email you will use to register (we will send you an OTP to verify as part of the registration process)

How to download STEPPI

For iPhone users

1. Open the App Store
2. Search for STEPPI
3. Tap Download
4. Wait for the app to install

For Android users

1. Open the Google Play Store
2. Search for STEPPI
3. Tap Install
4. Wait for the app to install

For Huawei users

1. Open the Huawei App Gallery
2. Search for STEPPI
3. Tap Install
4. Wait for the app to install

Can’t find STEPPI in the App Store, Google Play or Huawei App Gallery

What’s happening?

Why this happens

This may happen if:

• Your phone software is outdated
• Your app store region is not supported
• The app name was not entered correctly

How to fix it

1. Update your phone software

Make sure your device is running the latest version of iOS or Android.

2. Check your app store region

Confirm that your country’s app store region is supported.

3. Search using the full app name

Try searching again using STEPPI.

If it still doesn’t work

• Restart your phone
• Open the app store again and try searching
