# STEPPI Teams Social Feed

## What’s happening?

| You want to use the social feed in STEPPI Teams to share updates, post images, and interact with other participants

## How it works

The social feed allows you to post updates, share images, and engage with your team  

You can like and comment on posts to stay connected and motivated throughout the challenge

## How to create a post

1. Open the **STEPPI Teams app**  
2. Go to the **Social feed**  
3. Tap **Create post**  

* Enter your message  
* Add an image (optional)  
* Tap **Post**  

Your post will appear in the feed for others to see

## How to like a post

1. Find a post in the **Social feed**  
2. Tap the **Like** button  

---

## How to comment on a post

1. Find a post in the **Social feed**  
2. Tap **Comment**  
3. Enter your message  
4. Tap **Post**

## How to view your posts

1. Go to the **Social feed**  
2. Tap **My Posts**  

You will see a list of all posts you have created

## How to edit or delete your post

1. Go to **My Posts**  
2. Select your post  

Tap **Edit** to update your post  
or  
Tap **Delete** to remove it  

---

## How to report a post

* Find the post you want to report  
* Tap the **Report** option  

This will notify the admin team to review the post  

---

## What to know

* You can share updates, progress, or achievements  
* Adding images makes posts more engaging  
* You can interact with other participants through likes and comments  
* You can manage your own posts through **My Posts**  
* Inappropriate content can be reported for review
