If you’re not seeing any step data in STEPPI after connecting through Health Connect, follow these steps:

1. **Ensure Only One Step Source is Connected**

* Health Connect allows multiple apps to share data, but STEPPI can only receive steps from **one** source.
* If you have more than one app (e.g., Google Fit and Samsung Health) providing step data, STEPPI won’t receive any data.

2. **Check Your Health Connect Settings**

* Open **Health Connect** on your phone.
* Go to **App Permissions**
* Under Allowed Access, make sure only **one** step-tracking app (Google Fit, Samsung Health, etc.) is enabled.

3. **Disconnect Extra Sources**

* If multiple sources are connected, disable access for all but one.
* Restart the STEPPI app and check if your steps appear.

*Once resolved, it can take up to 5 minutes for the first data call to be read to STEPPI.

If issues persist, try disconnecting and reconnecting STEPPI from Health Connect.
